How long is the online sale free cancellation period?

It looks to be about double or even treble what you pay Plusnet wink smile. £42.49? (For line only, at the apparent £7.50 reduction for the products that show the appropriate price).

How did you find that provider? It's only existed for less than five years.

Should be OK though, on TBB TTB backhaul.

Edit: Typo corrected.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, sites and mail hosting - Tsohost & Ionos.
Connections: OnePlus 8 Pro max 165Mbps down, 24Mbps up on Three, and B311 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

That is a lot more than Plusnet cost wise, I have never heard of them, being on the Talk Talk network I would not touch them with a barge pole.
Yes I know people will say it is good, but I would not touch them on principle .

Why didn't you go to TalkTalk directly as, from what I can make of it, its £20 a month cheaper?

To be honest I have never heard of this ISP, thats not to say they ain't good, many of the smaller ISP provide excellent customer service.

Can you share any independent info you have on them (not their website) that made you want to sign up, lots of people may find it helpful.

I don't know this ISP, but don't forget there is a difference between backhaul and the actual ISP network. AAISP use TalkTalk and BT Wholesale for backhaul but run their own network.

I wouldn't go to TalkTalk for ISP services, but I would have no problem using an ISP that used TalkTalkBusiness for backhaul.

That is if my Openreach line performed well enough for my needs. smile

Eagerly awaiting your update where you cancel within the cooling off period and cause a small provider to incur costs they aren't able to recover

I can only go by experience and Talk Talk has provided me a rock solid connection for years, as it has my son and daughter both of whom have moved home and the switchovers were always problem free.

I wasn't suggesting the OP would cancel for any quality reasons - I use TalkTalk Business extensively and have no issues. I was referring to their track record for cancelling contracts after making threads about ordering new services.
