The isp told me they have a very good network using both BTW and TTB backhaul (both delivers high quality Internet connectivity and reliability business grade) and told me not to get confused with home residential talktalk.

Eagerly awaiting your update where you cancel within the cooling off period and cause a small provider to incur costs they aren't able to recover

That's not gonna to happen as I still go ahead and stick with it.

Why didn't you go to TalkTalk directly as, from what I can make of it, its £20 a month cheaper?

No thanks I prefer TalkTalk Business Wholesale by this ISP as they can change over to BTW backhaul if any issues with TTB backhaul. TalkTalk for home and TalkTalk business are both completely different network. I prefer TTB.

TTB backhaul is not the same as TalkTalk's retail ISP.
