Firmware Update

Hi, I'm running two DVD-RW's with the same model numbers - I've only just installed the second one as my DVD ROM broke and I'd like to update the firmware.

Now, I recently updated the original one to the new release and having gone through the same process from the web site it says the firmware is the latest version.

My question is, how do I know which one the web site is referring to? Does it see them both?

If it's a poorly written updater it may just look for the first one it finds - the easiest solution is probably to disconnect one drive and do them one at a time.

It's faulty lol it won't read anything - oh well, back to manufacture
