I've just got the following error despite being able to access this website many times before:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /puppies.htm on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.irishsetter.org.uk Port 80

Does anyone know what has suddenly started to cause this problem???

Someone or something has modified the permissions on the files thus preventing Apache from reading them (it either needs 'group' privileges or 'other' privileges).

Raise a ticket with tech support is about the only option you have.
