We're running one at home.. Currently it's on a Pentium D 2.8Ghz, but that's only because I didn't have anything smaller that was working and supported SATA disks.. It's based on Server 2003, so anything that runs on will be fine..
I like the auto backup (especially as the wife can never seem to remember to do it for herself) and the ability to open things up to the family that live overseas (pictures and the like) over the web..
