Unable to log into webmail

Trying to use my account username and password, but it says its incorrect. I have copied and paste it from the portal into webmail but still won't work. E-mailed support yesterday but not had a response yet (worrying).

Prolly something simple.

Are you using the 'correct' form of 'username' ?

It should only be the zen12345 bit nothing else, and of course your password - as for your adsl account.

its the default they created, only just joined them. i'm sure i'm doing something silly!

Tried it again and the same problem. Zen....please respond to my e-mail!

Tried all of them, usernme with @zen and also the full e-mail address. Grrrrrr, I left plusnet cos of the e-mail problems, now can't even check my mail.

Has your activation date passed? If not then it's likely e-mail may not be operational yet.

Are you able to connect using a POP3 client (e.g. Outlook Express/Mac Mail etc)?

As pointed out you should NOT use the @zen portion of the log in. Username and password are also case-sensitive.

I'm new here myself (!) but, if I'm reading the Knowledgbase FAQ correctly, you have to use the e-mail address which uses your subdomain - which you created in the portal. So the webmail Login is: <you>@<yourSubDomain>.myzen.co.uk and the password is whatever password you created for it.

I get the impression that the zen12345 type login is only available for accounts created prior to September this year.

It should be just the user name without the @zen and definitely not the full e-mail address.
