Zen Customer Portal Error

Anybody having trouble with the customer portal??
I keep getting the following error..
An internal server error has occurred on the page you have requested. or I get DNS errors??

Some DNS changes occurred which had an unpredicted knock on effect on the portal.

Apologies for this. The error has now been resolved.

Yep it appears to be working again but i can't log in? I enter my email address and password but says incorrect login or password/ It was OK a couple of days ago??

I had the same problem. I think I needed to flush the Windows cache. Open a command window and type ipconfig /flushdns

Hi Ody, sorry you're still having problems although I can't see the problem being related. The database has not changed at all, it was simply temporarily unavailable to the website hence the errors.

I suggest if you continue to have problems you try the forgotten password routine or call customer services.

If that doesn't get you anywhere, PM me your details and I will take a look.
