Well done Zen!!

Just a quick post to say well done. I know somebody who could not get broadband with anybody else. I said for her to try Zen. After a few tests etc Zen had broadband installed and working well. Thats over

I totally agree. I've been in touch with Zen a few times since moving to ADSL Max in recent weeks, and on each occasion have found them to be more than helpful. They've suggested to me all the things I need to do and I've followed everything up as far as I'm able to do so. They've been excellent in their support. The next step to improve my speeds is for me to take regards internal wiring and sorting out my master socket. By talking to Zen, I've been able to eliminate problems and throughout, have been confident with their approach. Even when I've felt like giving up, they've been superb! Thank you Zen!!
