Totally agree. Been with Zen for over a year and nothing but brilliant service, excellent cs, best isp I have ever been with.

Just to add to this; I've been with various ISP's over the years and most tend to start good and go downhill from there. Zen is the only one that has started good and improved for me. I just hope some big cheese doesn't try to buy them out (mentioning no names .. Pipex ..)
