Looks like i'll be leaving also

Think i'll be leaving zen for adsl24 or the like soon, after using them for quite some time it's a pity.

Seems to be quite a few posts along these lines of late,
service has been fine i really can't fault Zen in the slightest for it

but for �35 a month and having to spend another �15-20 on top of that every month for more download allowance it's just not worth it, way way too expensive compared to other isp's deals.
when they're offering the same speeds + more allowance for sub �20
i can live with the bad customer service the once in a blue moon I'll have to call them.

even if Zen offered unlimited offpeak allowance or something it'd make the world of difference
but with all the online media (iplayer 4od etcetc) + other required files
50gbs just doesn't cut it.
