Devotion to duty

Having just come from Zen's website at 22:50, I think it shows remarkable dedication that Customer Billing are shown as available for Live Chat.

Technical gliche or waiting for Simon's call?

Customer billing is ALWAYS available for live chat. Well at least it says they are i've never tested it. I bet you if you check back at 3am tonight it will still say that :P.

only one way to find out if they are actually there ;p

Ok people its 4:09am and the live chat on zen support site still says and im pasting....

Let me try to talk to one of them!.

Ok it just says

"Please hold while we contact a representative. If a representative does not respond in a few seconds, then he/she is not available at this time."

Then nothing ever happens i guess they are all asleep :P and its somekind of glitch that says there still available.

Maybe they're all busy sorting out early morning invoice queries.

The website says the line is connected..... "online".

It doesn't actually say that there is anyone sitting beside it
