Webmail server issues

Gents, you have a problem on the webmail server

1. Deleting items results in script errors (on going since yesterday)

2. Trying to read items results in "username or password incorrect" type message. Started this morning.

No problems retrieving and deleting emails using Outlook though.

Which webmail server are you experiencing the errors on?

if you could also PM me your Zen user name for the service I will start investigating the issue.

THE webmail server... the one from the link on main page... webmail.zen.co.uk

Although, it now seems ok... I was going to copy the 3 error messages the server returns when deleting mail, but deletes work fine. And I can read email again... oh well.

Hi,

I've had a chat with the system administrator and he is unable to see the cause of the issues you were having. If this problem reoccurs could you please contact the support desk on 0845 058 9009 and report the problem, the network administrator will then investigate the issue.

And its occured again:-

From the initlal "Welcome to the Zen Internet webmail service" login page, I can login and see the contents of my inbox. When I click on en email, I get
"The login or the password are incorrect" and a retry button that links back to the inital login page.

When this happened earlier today I was on an O2 connection, this afternoon when it "went away" I was on a Zen line, now I'm on a Sky connection...

Something has changed somewhere guys...
