MSO and Phone Queue - Updated 2:20pm

BT have made us aware of a service outage that is affecting broadband services mainly in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

This however is also impacting other parts of the country including Midlands, NE England and parts of London. If your connection was lost at approximately 11:00 am today morning, it is likely that you are impacted by this.

We are now aware that around 80% of affected customers have had their service restored. We expect full restoration by around 3.30 this afternoon

I was affected. I notice the BT clear time is 1700 tomorrow. I can't see anything on the Zen Status pages. Was it Edinburgh again?

I aplogise for the lakc of a resolution update. It was Edinburgh again. Bt have cleared the fault, however we are still working closey with thier Pro-Active Team to keep all updates flowing.

They have advised the faulty hardware was replaced and spares have also been shipped to site in case this flares again. This will allow for a quicker resolution in the future.

Dropped just before 5pm, a router reboot at 5:35pm appears to have fixed things. Took a while to notice as I use two lines now, and the LLU one was still up and running.

Was that yesterday afternoon? (the link isnt shoing).

One of our pipes dropped users Yesterday and caused some stales sessions. This should be resolved.
