First of all, just to say I have no commercial interest in ZEN, just a happy customer.
I've only had to contact their support people twice (most recently yesterday) and have found them to be very helpful - infinitely better than talking to an off-shore call centre whose response to all problems seems to be "clear the browser cache / it's all your fault".
Latest problem eventually traced to a duff router - new router (Netgear N300 / DGN2200) installed today - all well.

Well, after many happy / frustrating years in IT (it would be fine if it wasn't for the users), I'm now happily retired. I even have a bus pass to prove it (only been used twice, do you suppose there's a market for "almost new, very good for its year" bus passes on Ebay ?). :>))

I take it back... you are older than me!
Any minute now I'll start reminiscing about the "good old days" of machines like the ICL 1900...

We're in danger of forming a splinter group of "internet, pah, what's that, bring back mainframes and punched cards" or something along those lines.

You need help, I'll put you in touch with my mate Bruce, who still mourns the passing of George 3.

That must predate me, and the trusty ICL 2903 "minimac" we had access to. Ah, the joys og, um, 'experimenting' how we could extend our 32K disk area by saving to another user's 32K partition...
Oi, Zen - have you still got the PET in the office?

Yes we do - It's over with Service Support amongst other old systems.

That was always an easy one - packed data field containing invalid data
