Increased Latency

Anyone able to connect to a London Gateway today, ive been stuck on Manchester's gateway now for a day and its doubled my ping. Been trying reconnecting, restarting, turning off ONT for hour, router for 15 etc....seem to be stuck on

Yeah, same happened here. Looks like something went wrong around 4:30pm yesterday. I'm now on lo0-0.bng5.wh-man.zen.net.uk.

My Broadband Ping

Spoke to Zen and they believe the london gateway is getting alot more load this weekend than manchester and thus that's why it's been impossible for us to reconnect to it. It reset overnight and now I am on the same gateway as you aka BNG5

Same here, PPP dropped just before midnight and now on Manchester gateway

Seems to be swapping between BNG5 and BNG6 of the Manchester gateways when I play reconnect roulette

Have had the exact same thing since Thursday 11th July at midday. I'm unable to get back on to the London gateway.

Was just able to connect to BNG8.THN-LON finally! I bet it was the damn footie that had the London gateways working overtime
