What application do you use where an extra 13ms of latency is noticeable?

Currently nothing, but a nearly 4x increase suggests an issue in routing and/or equipment and as I was seeing lots of issues yesterday on works PC went for it. The ZScaler speed test suggests have 8 times the bandwidth available today compared to yesterday when running OK
