The estimate for my line was 6.0MB, training is completed and set my line to 9.0MB.

I know from the past my line has a max of around 6.0MB, I really wanted to avoid ringing the call center, but guessed at some point I would need to.

How many morons will I have to go though to fix this, and how long does it take?

I know its just a case of putting 6.0 where 9.0 was and pressing submit, but that takes special training?

Why do you want 6 not 9?

i thought the same thing who would'nt want the extra 3meg maybe theyre on about SNR

I was told 6mb and I want 6mb, 9mb is no good its too fast and doesn't give me time to think.

This new super broadband is scary, I want the old one back frown

Well it was worth asking. I have seen someone else who wanted a reduced speed as their line couldn't handle it crazy
