Who is your line rental with?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

If the cab was at that distance and IF your line is around that length and IF your EO line was rearranged through that cabinet. Note the number of IF's involved then 45 to 60 Mbps

You need to talk to North Yorkshire project to get more than an IF

Ah! If you are also on Sky LLU broadband then that checker doesn't recognise Sky numbers. Try this one with the full address. The pure Postcode option at the bottom is not to be trusted.

There's no SKY LLU at Kirby Misperton exchange - must be WLR line.

I have not managed that yet, all I can get are the sync speeds.
