BT Wholesale Database Update

Hello,
I've been a very happy customer with Aquiss FTTP for the last 6 weeks having moved from VM, absolultely no problems with their service whatsoever. My area is currently undergoing fibre install and we were one of the first to go live back in April-ish. Our Exchange is still showing maximum speed of 330/50 for FTTP on the Wholesale website using our UPRN (address and postcode doesn't show FTTP as being available), despite ISPs advertising the full gigabit packages
My questions-
(1) How long does it normally take for the database to update?
(2) Will the full area build need to be complete before the database is updated?

Can you drop an email into our support desk and mark for my attention. You mention that you are only seeing FTTP via an UPRN, which we would not be expecting weeks after an install. I want to get this looked into, but I need to know your username.
