Livebox Update gone wrong

Well my Orange Livebox did the firmware update the other week, but ever since then the livebox constantly reboots itself every 5 mins.
My other Livebox (Wanadoo one) will NOT do the firmware update and is working fine.
Anyone got any idea what is wrong or what I should do?

i remember when i was updating my livebox, that they said to phone them in case if an update goes wrong. try this - phone them
