Has anyone else had problems with technical "support" - I use the term loosely! Had a problem for 3 weeks, had my computer checked out throughly for bugs and the like, it's squeaky clean but Orange cannot, will not correct the fault or give any explanation as to why I can't access web sites. They have now downgraded me from 2.5mb to 1.1mb. No reason, problem still exists, am now reduced to using dial up until they send me a MAC code.
