Forced *public* IP change required - possible?

Does anyone know how I force a renewal of my PUBLIC IP on an "EE Smart Router", please?

Only by keep resyncing/rebooting until it changes (but not too often). EE public IPs are fairly sticky. What type of BB do you have?

Just turn the EE Smart Hub off, and turn it back on (by turning it off & on at the plug).

At a family members house, every single time we do that, it gives out a new IP.

Well, I unplugged for 30s and replugged - it's still the same. Ah well. I won't spend too much time on this.

Leave it off for an hour or so (if the others in the house won't kill you), or better still overnight to maximise your chance of a change while minimising interruption.
