Sadly for lastresort, you're wrong. If you 'move on' he still has a disconnection problem.

just an up date on my net going off all sorted now still useing usb modem speedtouch 330 got mail a few days back from idnet so all running ok now


BT have reported they have altered your SNR and remotely stabilized
your
connection believing this has resolved the issue. Please allow 3 hrs
before retesting the connection.
