I think the problem is further down the line and only CS can put it right.

BTW when you call CS, if you can have a log from your router handy that may help as well.

just an up date on my net going off all sorted now still useing usb modem speedtouch 330 got mail a few days back from idnet so all running ok now


BT have reported they have altered your SNR and remotely stabilized
your
connection believing this has resolved the issue. Please allow 3 hrs
before retesting the connection.
