It will be interesting if they detect you are not using a phone and block or warn you. I have read pages of the terms and it does specifically mention a mobile phone (You�ll need 3G,4G or 5G coverage to use mobile internet on your phone and a compatible device)

Yes legally they can't block this now.

4 months later...I'd be interested to know if anyone has been warned/banned regarding the download limit of 1Tb?

A slight problem with 5G phones is that the best for signal handling is likely to be Huawei, but they are unlikely to have Android. Unless Trump loses in November 2020.

And a very unique, and non-scientific view on 5G NR technology, which isn't radically different to LTE (4G) or WiFi. Of course nobody in UK has started any mmWave transmissions, until they are Ofcom licensed.

This country needs more STEM education and less social media.
