You'd have to be stupid to want the rubbish that is BT Vision as for cheap mobile contracts there are FAR better deals than what BT offer with their "bundle"

I would have thought take the PAC move to one of the ones accepting BT and then transfer it over to whoever else if you so wished?

Not recently well I havent seen any partial LLU problems in a loooooong time can you show some examples?

BT vision is the only service that will give you true on demand, sure the content is not as good as it could be. i would not have sky again, but if I ever decided to get a T.v licence again i think BTV would be right up my street, watch what I like when i like.

As for phone contract, i would not be able to get one as i have said before, my credit rating is shot.

could do, but it is just more hassle.
I still got my old O2 mobile with the old number still valid, but it means I would have to tell everyone to use that number again.

No doubt things have improved a bit, you still can't go from say sky direct to say O2, unless that have changed.

I still know of someone who have gone to Talk Talk and now got no phone and no broadband. so it still happens.

I moved from UK Online LLU to O2 LLU a couple of months ago and it was no different to moving between BT Wholesale ISPs apart from a short period of downtime but probably less than half an hour.

I think he may mean Sky full LLU to O2, which is not as simple.
