I have been patient with Coms, as sync and snr stayed the same when I was transferred to their network a week ago, (despite myaccount problems), I am on TT LLU at my exchange anyway. However was appalled to find they had reset my snr to 12db today and I had lost nearly half my speed. Rang the support line this evening and the lady reduced my snr to 6db. I usually run at about 4db via DMT tool, and put up with the occasional drop-outs on my long line.
So hopefully Coms will leave things alone now?
