In reply to:

As you'll see from http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/network/traffic_management.shtml you've got 4GB "peak time" transfer allowance.

Unfortunately, that link is now incorrect, for the premier packages at least. The peak time usage was recently upgraded and the frightening nightmare that is plusnet website navigation means they couldn't find the page to update that to reflect the upgrades.

With all the planned changes that are going ahead at Plusnet, I hope they improve the website so I can find the info I want in less than 20 clicks.

Is it wrong? It's the page which is linked to from the Premier product info (and also the Plus product info) on the portal.

You're right though, it (the product spec listing) does need to be simplified, and stuff needs to be a lot easier to find on the portal, rather than being a maze (much like their tickets and phone system...)

It's the right page..just the info is wrong. The terms of the Premier package now allow a maximum 30Gb/month at peak times. That page says it's still 20Gb. The Plusnet navigation is so out of control that they probably couldn't find their own way back to modify it..lol

I think the navigation nightmare is as a result of adding pages everytime they come up with a new initiative. There has to come a time when you say no more and redisign the site. That time passed a good while ago..lol

The website is right for Premier as per the email sent out about the 27th July....

News about your broadband service.

Your broadband comes with a peak time usage allowance of 15GB each month. We're going to increase the peak time usage allowance you get to 20GB on the 1st August. Your peak time usage allowance is the amount of data you can download or upload each month during peak hours of 4pm to midnight.

Summary
-------
Current usage allowance per month: 15GB
NEW ALLOWANCE from 1st August: 20GB
Any change to price or contract? No

This increase won't cost you any more or change your contract - it's a completely free upgrade. You'll be able to see your new allowance on the View My Usage pages from 1st August 2006.

There are 3 reasons that our costs are lower and we can pass the benefit on to you.

A) We
