I am on the so called "Pro" package. The one that doesnt suffer from any traffic shaping. What a total joke that is - I have been having problems for the last 2 months. Same thing every time - my download speeds are fine first thing in the morning - then they gradually slow down throughout the day until the evening when they are as good as unusual.
I have raised a ticket about this - it got quite far and then miraculously I had 3 days of top speeds morning noon and night. So I close the ticket and what happens. Back to how it was. Just raised a new ticket and have been told its due to my erratic connection. Well my connection is always a steady 4.5 meg. Its only erratic when I have to repeatedly reboot my router for the BT Speedtests.
I`ve now started a new post on the community forum and sent private messages to staff members but have still not heard a peep back from them. If anyone is interested here is a link to it:

I`ve reached the end of my tether now - I guess my only option is to leave for pastures new. Of course I`ll have to pay them for the router and defered activation fees I`m sure.
