I have spoken to your colleague on the helpdesk to chase this issue. He said that the supplier had come back and advised it was fixed but when my wife rebooted the router there was still no connection.
We have now been without our connection for 5 days and are looking fo rthis to be fixed very quickly. As mentioned in my pm, my wife uses this regularly for her medical training and needs this fixed so she can continue.
I noticed you are the business services manager. Who do i need to contact in relation to residential services to register a complaint?
