Strange I tried ie and firefox and I get the same problem.

I rang them again and reordered as it seems the system forgot about my mac code last time and just tried to order broadband on my line even thlough I already have it.

Fingers crossed it will work this time.

I ordered on line about 4 weeks ago Used IE 7 no problems got same letter other OP showed

From ordering on 21 / 12 online I got an e-mail first then this morning got 2 letters from sky 1 hour later router arrived by Parceline .

Just have to wait now till 3 / 1 / 2007 see what happens.
