I had someone from TT call at my door the other day saying how are you finding the service now that your exchange has been upgraded. As soon as I started to explain the problems and that everything has got worse they quickly ended the conversation and p!ssed off.

No doubt if I said the service was great they would of tried selling me something. In fact they have probably signed me up to something anyway without my knowledge.

I am hoping they got the idea last time they called and never step foot though my gate again. But I will never recommend TT to anyone and I will stop people going to them if I can.

TT tells lies and mislead customers.

I wonder how many people who is talked into a contract with TT realises it cost them to connect, it is 18 months and then if they want to leave and got back to a BT based ISP, it will cost them again. TT sales people hides that, or tries to.

your comments arent very constructive are they? just because you had problems doesnt mean everyone else will... ive had no problems and get 9meg throughput day and night.
