Could you possibly start a thread for me on the members forum for the OCE to action this as I have not received a confirmation email to the contact us forum and fear as per issue they are not receiving it.

Please can you do this urgently as I have 1 week cooling off period only.

You can also PM the admins/mods on the forums even if you are not logged in, that's how I got mine sorted.

I dont know how you managed that, i just tried without logging in and got this message -

Yeah. That's the one I think. I will try again using the link you've posted and let you know how it goes.

That was definitely the link. Still no response to anything I've sent.

I've still not received any reply to my emails and i still have the same error when trying to register on the forum. Is this a common fault with talktalk or am I just unlucky. I have had nothing but problems with talktalk and now I am starting to regret signing up with them.
