I'm not had great experiences with live chat support provided by Virgin and BT. A classic instance I had with BT was not being able to view bills online, despite registering and going through all the necessary procedures - there were just error messages instead. I tried to use live chat to sort this and after explaining the problem, they suggested that I should try logging into
www.bt.com and viewing my account... Doh - that's what I had told them wasn't working for me! Anyway, had to report the problem via web forms in the end, and it got sorted after about 4 weeks - this was on a business account too I might add. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that I can see TT doing just as good a job with live chat
