So the upgrade happened last night at around 1am. I'm seeing maximum throughput on my connection now (up from 915Mb to 935Mb). Not going to get any better than that!

Weird routing to a small number of sites is now gone. I do see some packet loss at 194.35.42.12 (NetworkHero)

Notice any packet loss/latency increase yesterday?

This was mine today: https://imgur.com/zPqSsJA still got the weird 2am/2pm thing.

The latency/packet loss around 8pm looks like heavy usage maybe?

Looks like you either had an outage, or your IP changed as 12pm?

Yeah, the 2AM/PM still exists - still really odd.

The latency/packet loss at 8PM is unfortunate if it is related to heavy use/congestion, since I'm sure they were trying something to help against that.

And yeah, my IP changed at 12PM, setup a new graph to monitor it again today.

Guess I'll compile some data and get back in touch with my ongoing ticket!
More than happy to pass on data/graphs for anyone who wants.

Yeah - my service has been poor last few days - much worse than ever before.
buffering video
Teams video call issues
increase in latency to google dns from ~5ms to about 60ms
very significant (~15%) packet loss shown on BQM....
intermittently slow speeds

They have broken something frown

Had alot of packet loss yesterday evening making gaming pretty much impossible though you could still do other things on the connection like youtube etc so it wasnt a total loss of service, but still quite annoying when you're trying to game, it resolved itself after a few hours then returned at 2am..

Strange how it happens at 2am/2pm for exactly an hour, hopefully this wont be a daily occurrence..

I've been with HeyBB about a month and a half or so and this is the first time experiencing packet loss this bad, only really noticed it this bad the day after their last bout of core network maintenance, so it could be connected to that I guess

Heres a BQM from the last 24 hours - https://prnt.sc/OBdbAg58VIud

I've contacted support about it and they've made a ticket, so hopefully someone will get on the case and remedy this soon

Would you be able to share your BQM, Henry8?

I'd love to be able to include community data/graphs in the discussions I'm having with their tech support.

@smithy93,

I've been in touch with them for months about various bits and bobs.
The elevated 2AM/2PM latency, the previous nightly packet loss that was happening some months back, etc.

I'm glad you made a ticket! - the more people we can get to show them "Hey, this isn't cutting it" the faster we can get them to address/fix things.
