Hey @Henry8!
Awesome! - super glad you did smile

You can screenshot it (hide the IP address) and upload it to something like Imgur, then share the link with us here!

go to your BQM page
"View previous days" -> go to yesterday's graph and use the "Share today's snapshot graph" option

give us one of the links it gives you! (this option will automatically hide the IP Address)

Here goes:

As you can see, some periods of material packet loss.
The slow speed obviously cannot be seen here.
Neither can the high ping times to some locations (eg 8.8.8.8 - google dns).

The packet loss peaks to 100% are due to me rebooting my router. Probably makes no difference but maybe comes from an old habit to reboot a DSL modem, hoping for a better sync. smile

Stumbled upon this discussion. Having weird packet loss issues with my connection since the maintenance too.

Here are my BQM's for Thursday / today:
27-04-2023
28-05-2023 (Ignore the drops today at ~8:30AM and ~4PM. That was me.

The 2AM-3AM and 2PM-3PM packet loss is bizarre, it starts almost on the hour and lasts almost exactly an hour. The packet loss in the evening is causing significant issues with realtime stuff I have to do and is really annoying frown

Hey NeoLojik,
Cheers for joining in with a post.
It's actually a huge help.

I've forwarded a bunch of stuff to the guy I'm in contact with - he usually passes it all straight onto a level 3 on my current ticket.

When I reply to him again(I've just mailed my info before I saw your reply),
would you be okay with me providing your graphs as well?

Hopefully we can push them in the right direction!

Of course.

I've actually just emailed support regarding the issue too. I really love the speed and responsiveness of the connection, but I run a business from home that involves a lot of stuff which suffers greatly with packet loss, so I really hope they can sort it out.

I included a link to this thread in my email to support

Awesome, glad to hear you've created a ticket too!

I've made sure to forward everything in all previous discussions with them over the last few months,
Some short emails, some more lengthy ones.

Terrible cropping in that pic, but you get the idea!

Definitely will be good to see the end of this stuff!

Rough 3 days here,
Haven't used the connection at all, been sitting on my backup VM one.
Nothing connected to the Hey!broadband one,

here is how it looks:

Definitely been a rough 3 days here too in West London

My BQMs for the last 3 days:

(The big packet loss drop in Sundays graph around 2:30pm was me restarting the ONT in hope it'd fix it)

Haven't heard back from support regarding the issue I reported to them so I can only assume they have a team of engineers out doing stuff behind the scenes trying to fix it (or so I would hope anyways lol)

Suppose I should be thankful the connection isn't dropping out totally leaving me without internet, I can still stream and work from home on it but gaming is not ideal currently at certain times of the day, especially the stuff that requires low and consistent latency.. that's the only slight annoyance at the moment

Mine of yesterday https://imgur.com/a/KQu0Rhs

Upload down to 30Mbps at times and packet loss making VOIP and video calls impossible. Not happy.
Im going to chase them for an update today. Will update if I hear anything useful.
