That one is working on HB here too

Pinging ksperiperipizzas.co.uk [172.67.168.40] with 32 bytes of data:

Hey! claim to have resolved an issue today (but is it THIS issue???) but I am still only seeing 300M/300M at the router, and drops in upload as low as 5M.

Yesterday, during the day, I was seeing 700M/900M at the router, but it crashed to 5-10M upload in the evening, which ruined my daughter's stream.

Anyone else getting the feeling that Hey Broadband is now way out of it's depth here?

EDIT:: I'm an idiot. The correct URL is ksperiperipizzas.co.uk

Both work for me (HP!2), with and without the s, but I also use Google DNS, not the HB one. Curious why they have 2 different websites on the 2 domains though... One seemingly hosted in California, the other in France.

I've still not had any problems today, though others still seem to be suffering with outages. Maybe it's a DNS issue on their side, as mentioned above I use Google's.

I use google DNS, but without the "s" site just won't load for me!

Sorry to hear that. No disruption in SL9 since 9:21am thankfully. Clearly we are connected to very different parts of the network. My public IP is a 185.75.x.x address.

My connection well performing at the moment at 935Mb/935Mb. I'm bracing myself for the daily 2pm throughput punch in the face though laugh

I would recommend standing up the tools named above (or similar) to start gathering stats and historical data for your connection. Harassing Support with this data is the only way to get focus on this.

Thanks. I've had the BQM running since day 1 and I also have OPNSense monitoring the connection as well.

I'm on 82.153.x.x.

As I said before, luckily I've still got my old A&A connection, so I just swapped the default gateway to that this morning, at least I've been able to work.

I would be slightly less ticked off if I had received even one automated response from support@hey, but I've had nothing from any of the 3 emails I've sent, so I don't even know if they're arriving or somehow ending up in their spam. I know my email is working.

I agree. I did explain to Support the customer frustration over the radio silence from HB on what is going on and when a fix could be available. I explained that it's about managing customer expectations. Even if they said the fix will take 4 weeks, setting expectations is what we're asking for.

I did get a response back apologising and acknowledging the problem with assurances it is being worked on. No word on what or when it would be resolved though.

Yep - I see it too.

Upstream bandwidth down to 10Mb/s
Significant packet loss - https://imgur.com/I9CgGGS
