I have a TP Link ER605 (used with their ONT).
I am certain this isn't (home) router related. (Of course it's possible you are also suffering a secondary issue.)

We have the original TP-Link AC1200/Archer xr500V router. What about all of you?

I have that same router in Bridge mode using my own Firewall behind it.

I still see packet loss and that's my main concern. You?

On another note, the BQMs posted have all shown material increase in baseline latency over the last few days.
Do we think that is specific to some destinations? I am wondering whether we know how much it matters. I ask as I was seeing ~80ms RT to 8.8.8.8 however now it's back to the normal ~5ms, yet the BQM still shows high latency....

Interesting question. I had assumed that the jump up (just after lunch on Monday) was related to Hey, but I guess a quick check of some non-Hey BQM graphs would quickly confirm if it is related to Hey, or the QBM service....

This is what I see today

Overall packetloss to 8.8.8.8 - 10th May
Latency to 8.8.8.8 - 10th May

Packetloss is a lot less than it used to be. Latency definitely increase at around 2pm but its not bad.

My main concern has been the significant drop in upstream bandwidth every day at 2pm and all evening everyday since 27th April.

The increase occurred at 1PM on Monday. It is only present on my Hey connection. My TBB BQM for my AAISP connection does not show an increase

Oddly, my ping to bbc.co.uk is just fine, as low as it always has been, so I wonder if it's specific to the route between Hey/F&W and the TBB BQM server.
:
Pinging bbc.co.uk [151.101.64.81] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 151.101.64.81: bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=59
Reply from 151.101.64.81: bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=59
Reply from 151.101.64.81: bytes=32 time=3ms TTL=59
Reply from 151.101.64.81: bytes=32 time=4ms TTL=59

Ping statistics for 151.101.64.81:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 3ms, Maximum = 4ms, Average = 3ms

Edit, links to both BQM graphs for Monday:

I just cancelled an impending install based on this thread and the apparent poor customer service. I’m curious to know whether there are still real end user impact other than suspected issues based on apparent statistics interpretation.

I may reconsider joining hey if these customer service experiences improve.

To be fair to them, I joined in March 2021 and the service has been solid until an 'upgrade' on 27th April.
