Me too. I was on a Zoom call at the time & it was fine, so at least it's just a small latency problem rather than the packet loss. My BQM has no red on it at all today, aside from the overnight downtime.

It's of course possible that appropriate shaping / QoS is in place and real time traffic doesn't even see that latency spike in the way that low priority ICMP does.

I was also on a video call at the time and all fine.

Until this afternoon I was on 37.148.x.x but I have just had a new router fitted by Hey. Apparently the one we had was not so reliable, as they have a tendency to overheat and fry some of the chips.

Still trying to get everything reconnected and so still too early to say if it has actually made any difference.

I am also now on 209.240.x.x

Still seeing a small increase in latency at 2AM / 2PM, but very-little to no packet loss ever since the maintenance on Friday morning.

Quietly optimistic. I may well switch the interactive traffic back to HB and see if anyone notices tongue

Whilst I still think their customer support has some way to go, I am very happy that things have improved so much and that it looks like the connection is back to what I hoped it would be.
