Well, I got a reply from them after i left a trust pilot review. - blanking the name of this support guy as i don't want it to seem like i'm putting him on blast.

Not only did they seem to skip over the issues mentioned here,

I think I was basically told "Get fk'd" in nicest way possible.

Although I'm pretty mad at the email they sent me, I can't help but laugh like an idiot.
Never before have I been told in such a nice way to "Please, leave us the hell alone"
I am truly amazed

Edit:

Another response from them in regards to me telling them about complaints here/online.
Guessing they don't even check here.

From the email:

"We appreciate your prompt response. As much as we understand that you have been experiencing issues with the connection, please also note that we as Hey!Broadband can only take into account concerns, complaints, and issues raised to us directly."

Wonderful way of saying "We don't want to hear the issues people are having"
