Same for me (HP12). Looks like a widespread outage. Interestingly Lane End (HP14) wasn't affected it seems. I wonder who cocked up what!

Is anyone else here in Bridge mode, if so what router are you using?

I use a PC as a pfSense router, which handles the PPPoE. It's never had any issues logging in or maintaining a connection. Though I'm about to switch to Opnsense for various unrelated reasons.

I'm unable to access several sites on my HB connection again today, after my IP changed again yesterday. My IP is again routing through Spain, so things like my online banking and car insurance site (Churchill) won't allow me to connect. I have to use a VPN to even get some sites to load at all. About to call them yet again to get switch back to a working subnet. Getting a bit sick of this to be honest.

Having called this morning & followed up with screenshots by email of the non-responsive sites, I've now been moved to a CGNAT network... Not only does my online banking still not work, now none of my port forwarding will either.

If I had any other option for a decent speed connection I'd be moving elsewhere but I can't get anything else other than a pretty flaky 120/25ish connection on copper. Hey Broadband is great when it works but the frequency of issues is getting more & more over time.

Before the CGNAT lift and shift, what IP range were you on before? I'm on their 82.153.x.x network and I don't have location issues

I was on 39.9.x.x before the issue started, which was fine.

They then moved me to 87.254.x.x which is a CGNAT range & still had the issue with my banking.

I'm now on 37.148.x.x which is a direct public facing range & everything seems to work so far. Although it still bounces through Spain for most connections, which adds unnecessary latency.

Once again I'm finding some sites cannot be contacted on my HB connection... Parts of Sainsbury's, parts of Argos, Santander online banking are the ones I've found not working so far this morning. This is getting more than a little frustrating!

I wouldn't bother reaching out to them about it as I did that when I couldn't access my Santander login from any device.. they didn't respond for more than a week, infact they didn't bother responding atall even after I informed them that I had somehow miraculously managed to fix it myself

To fix this I simply unplugged the router & ONT for an hour each time (usually when watching something on TV that I'd downloaded before) and then plugging it all back in again.. usually this would churn out a new public IP.

Took 2 attempts to get it out of the IP range it was in, didn't seem to like one of them which I was assigned to anyways..

Hope this helps

Yes, that would fix it by avoiding the problem but I'd rather they fixed their network routing than me (or others!) coming across it again every month or so when I end up back on an IP range that has the issue.

I have logged two tickets previously with the problem, which have both been responded to and "resolved". Clearly not very effectively!
