I noticed after I ordered fiber and after it was installed, when I went to the upgrade broadband part, it now thinks my street doesn't have fiber, and the max speed offered is 100mb. So this caused me problems when I wanted to upgrade from 200 to 500mb, the rep didn't believe that I had fiber.
Anyone from Voda reading this might need to know that their site is not reflecting what services are actually on offer, and this is losing you big money. It's slightly bizarre and maybe Openreach are feeding them erroneous information.

It's not necessarily a mistake.
Products can come and go from sale when capacity limits are reached.
That goes for both port capacity (FTTC cabinet ports and CBT ports for FTTP) and cablelink/backhaul capacity.
Is this over OpenReach FTTP?

John is correct. I was apparently able to order VF Gigafast around 4 months ago, according to their website. Now I'm no longer able to order it from them, therefore some capacity or other limit must have been reached, or they have otherwise withdrawn it from sale.

I've noticed this with Vodafone that for their current customers they strangely show services as unavailable. There is a heading at the top of the availability checker page that says "for existing customers please call us on 08080 034 515.
But then even when I did call, the person on the phone told me that there is no availability in my area. Now I've switched to another provider, surprisingly it's available again.

Is not capacity, only one other person on my street has it, they only put the nodes up on the poles last year. And its a new product from Voda - FTTP from Openreach.
I suspect its an error. Voda really need to sort their site out. One of the worst in the industry.

Capacity covers a lot more than your small part of the world. There is no way you can know whether Vodafone have sufficient capacity at the head-end to add more users or have sufficient capacity on their backhaul for additional users.

As the other reply says that does not mean it is not capacity.
Capacity limits can be reached on their cablelink (in the exchange) or on their backhaul (between exchange and Vodafone).
Both can result in vodafone not taking additional orders.
Vodafone are also somewhat unique in that they sell both Openreach FTTP & Cityfibre FTTP, and their policy on which they sell and in what areas has changed a few times.
It's possible they have decided to not sell OpenReach FTTP in your area any more if they are also selling Cityfibre in your town/city.
It could also be an ordering limitation out of their control.

Again, its not capacity. No-one around here is on Vodafone. VF Openreach is brand new. None of the sites, TBB or uswitch, even list it. BT and Sky both offer 500 and BT also 900. If it was capacity, I would notice.
Its just Openreach dicking about again.

Let's try again to see if we can penetrate the fog. Even if you are the only person on Vodafone in your area you do not know how many people in the larger area (which may well cover the footprints of several conventional exchanges) are connected to the headend and what capacity Vodafone have both there and then on their backhaul links. Unless you know that information then you are only speculating.
It may indeed be a database error, but if it is not you could be digging yourself into an embarrassing hole.
