Again, its not capacity. No-one around here is on Vodafone. VF Openreach is brand new. None of the sites, TBB or uswitch, even list it. BT and Sky both offer 500 and BT also 900. If it was capacity, I would notice.
Its just Openreach dicking about again.
Openreach provide the pipes. If Vodafone aren't available in your area - then that's purely down to Vodafone. Nothing at all to do with OR, they are simply the wholesale network.
