He's got 34mb out of it but not happy, cabinet says the line is on 80/20 with a max of about 125

When the line was first connected back in 2006 I had 68mb, then they connected next door and it went to 8. After much complaining they got it back up to about 45-50 but reclassified the line as 38max.

Snr has increased from 3/6 to 6.2/6.1

He's coming back Monday as he thinks it shoud be faster, it still fails the line quality test.

When DLM moves you back down to 3/6 you'll be in the low 40s probably. Hopefully he can improve things further.
