Would i get a faster speed going with Bulldog LLU then rather than being on IPStream with BT, i'm getting around 3.5Mb right now?.

It is most likely you would get much better speeds with an LLU provider. Plus of course you would probably not be throttled and also you would get high download allowances - or no restrictions on downloads at all.

To see what speeds you could get on LLU - use Mr Saffron's calculator here and see what the ADSL2+ speeds are.

As far as I am aware the LLU providers have no equivalent to the BT IP profile so you should be able to download as fast as your sync speed allows.

I'd guess some LLU operators, Be for instance, have relatively few subscribers for their capacity, and can afford to be practically unlimited at the moment.

Yeah it says i could get a bit higher with LLU but i'm not sure if the little bit of extra speed is worth it as i've heard Bulldog (My only LLU provider) arn't that good when it comes to billing and customer services, the service itself though is suppose to be rock solid.
