2 recent outages for me with no alerts notified on the support pages.

1. approx. 0030hrs on 29th Dec
2. approx. 1900hrs on 30th Dec

DSL connection Ok but no authentication from Zen.

The duration for each was at least 30mins. I'm unsure of the exact duration as the connection had recovered when I next needed the Internet.

I hope that this is not a taste of things to come as this is why I parted company with my previous ISP!!

The outage last night turned out to be about 1hr but we have not been able to track down what it was.

I even asked support about it this afternoon and they couldn't find out what it was.

It looks *very* much like a BT problem.

I've also had lots of loss of PPP events on another of my lines which while seen can't be traced...

And I have another line down tonight in the city...

Can't see why at the moment and there is on one on site to check for me..

Edit:
21CN-BRAS-RED7-L-WAT has decided it don't want any connections anymore and has been dropping connections since 00:10.

Edit:
And now 21CN-BRAS-RED5-L-WAT is down too...

Edit:
And another 21CN-REGION-21CN-BRAS-RED12-L-WAT

I'm told all the L-WAT outages last night where due to BT PEW...

No one can find any record of said works - but that was the reply from BTWS.
