I am also unable to register on the members forum. I receive this error message:
'Your telephone / account number combination is missing from our database or the account is no longer active. You must have an active account to access the Members Forum'
I have had an active account since 17-5-11. I have spoken to customer services several times without any success whatsoever. I have also emailed the address given earlier in this thread, and used the 'live' support contact form. I have had two email replies giving me detailed instructions to do what I have already done. It was clear that they had not even read my polite and succinct email.
I find all of this rather irritating.
This is a shame, because everything else has been very positive. My speeds have improved, and the connection is rock solid.
Is there anything I can do to get my details added to the database? Or is this a lost cause?
Register (or login) on our website and you will not see this ad.
I can't register on the forums either, I have tried emailing them, but no reply. I'm just active with TalkTalk and would like to register on forums and change my profile.
hello i am also having difficulty gaining access to the members forum, really need to speak to an OCE about fastpath profile but cant get on ? i realise this is a really old thread but does anyone still work there or can help
