Yes. You apparently live up to your profile description of 'grumpy old git'

. See Jurassic's guide to the installation of their service at at customer's property. Surely better than receiving a sub-standard router by post and then being expected to install it onself.

Contracts currently being offered by Jurassic :
https://jurassic-fibre.com/home-broadband/ So all that is being offered, plus incredible download and upload speeds, for £22.50 per month. Malwaremike have you actually read my post?
I accept there may be some limitations to wifi coverage in houses, but that does not explain the variations I experience of between 4-5-6 mbps to 40 mbps, which causes the problems I have described. The thickness of my walls do not change. If it can can manage 40 mbps why does that fluctuate to such a gross degree? All I am saying that my experience of ISP provision and support has been lacking. As customers why should we accept that? And why should we accept 2nd rate services generally when there appears to be superior and personalised services increasingly being made available.
Malwaremike is this really a rant, or an expression of relief that more inclusive services appear to be arriving? Are you really happy with your 30 mbps service? For £1.50 a month less than you pay, I shall experience 10 times the performance figure you 'enjoy', and an apparently personalised service.
Why should we all accept less?
